For more than 20 years, The Liaison Office (TLO) has worked closely with communities across Afghanistan, guided by a deep commitment to understanding their realities and supporting meaningful, lasting change. From the beginning, our approach has been shaped by listening, trust, and long-term engagement.

Our work is grounded in the belief that sustainable progress grows from within communities themselves. Through experience, adaptability, and strong partnerships, TLO has continued to respond effectively to evolving challenges while remaining true to its purpose. What motivates us is not only what we do, but how we do it; with care, responsibility, and respect for the people we serve.
